1. Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report as submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
2. Adoption of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) including authorizing any Director of the Company to enter into amended Listing Agreement and submission of the same to BSE and any other applicable authorities, if required.
- Closure of Trading window
The Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on January 07, 2016 and the trading window will open on January 25, 2016. |
