Ltd., Singapore (PAPL), PAPL has completed transfer of 67% equity stake in PR to Polyplex Europa Polyester Film Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS, Turkey (PE), another step down subsidiary of the Company, at cost.
PR continues to be a step down subsidiary of the Company with 67.17% stake in its equity. |
