| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to Increase in Price, Polychem Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:
"As per Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, the Company regularly intimates to the Exchange all the events, information etc. that have bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company.
It may be noted that in our opinion, there is no other information/ announcement (including pending announcement) which may have bearing on the price/ volume behavior in the scrip.
As required by the Listing Agreement, the Board of Directors will approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and the date of such Board meeting will be intimated in due course." |
