September 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1).
Further, in view of the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from September 01, 2016 to September 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
All the connected persons have been informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company’s securities during the closure of the trading window as per the "Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of SAIL, 2016". |
