1. Re-appointment of Ms Pallavi Jha, as the Chairperson and Managing Director of the Company and terms approved for the period from April 01, 2014 till April 30, 2016 subject to the necessary approvals as required;
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Jha, as the Whole-time Director of the Company on terms approved for the period from April 01, 2014 till April 30, 2016 subject to the necessary approvals as required. |
