| Exchange Disseminated Time | Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2014, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
1. Payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.24 per equity share (i.e. @ 12%) for the year 2013-14. The said Interim Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the Shareholders on or before June 10, 2014.
2. The Board declared that the Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.24 per equity share (i.e. @ 12%) be treated as final dividend and do not recommend any further dividend for the year 2013-14. |
