| Exchange Disseminated Time | RSWM Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on March 28, 2014, to take the following decision, subject to the receipt of all requisite consents and approvals of the Members and statutory and regulatory authorities:
“To consider and discuss the proposals for restructuring/reorganization of the business of the Company.”
As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and designated Employees and their dependents with immediate effect till March 29, 2014. |
