| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tamilnadu Telecommunications Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, will consider to the approve Ordinary Resolution, to seek members approval to dispose off the PIJF plant at Arakkonam of the Company consisting of Land & Building and Plant & Machinery, spares etc, with immediate effect after observing the tender procedures and formalities as prescribed by the Asset Sale Committee formed by the CDR bankers".
The Company has appointed Practicing Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for conducting Postal Ballot process in a fair & transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the Scrutinizer not later than close of working hours on February 23, 2006. |
