Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report the Trading by Insiders, the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect from today i.e. October 30, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results, both days inclusive.
