| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, the Board will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the DBSIL (Code of Conduct for Insider Trading ) Rules, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from July 31, 2015 till August 09, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading window shall re-open on August 10, 2015. |
