| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/10/2016 17:25:50 | Hindustan Everest Tools Ltd has informed BSE that unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2016 as required to be declared under Regulation 33 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015, could not be considered and declared on October 12, 2016 (the date notified under Regulation 29) due to certain unavoidable reasons and have been deferred.
However following decisions have been taken by the Board of Directors of the Company on October 12, 2016;
1. The mandate given to M/S Grant Thornton India LLP, New Delhi has been closed and ideas floated by promoter directors of restructuring / internal reorganization by way of splitting the company into two independent entities have been dropped.
2. The Board has decided for closure of manufacturing activities at its s plant at options (Haryana) as intimated to BSE earlier, and it shall explore alternate business
Further, that trading window pursuant to “code of internal procedures and Conduct of regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insider “framed pursuant to SEBI in this regard Trading) Regulations 2015 will continue to remain closed till further notice in this regard. |
