| Exchange Disseminated Time | Onward Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2016, inter alia, have approved and taken on record the following:
1. Re-appointment of Mr. Harish Mehta as Chairman and Whole-time Director (Executive Chairman) of the Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. Jigar Mehta as Managing Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Mr. Monik Damania as Company Secretary of the Company.
Further appointment of Mr. Jigar Mehta and Mr. Harish Mehta shall be subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
