| Exchange Disseminated Time | Aegis Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, have transacted the following business:
1. Recommended Final dividend @ 27.5% i.e. Rs. 2.75 per share for the financial year ended March, 2014, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 31, 2014.
2. The Dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be paid on or before August 25, 2014. |
