Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016:

The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 1515.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 1353.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 10855.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 to Rs. 10760.50 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.

The Consolidated Results are as follows:

The Group has posted a net profit of Rs. 2442.70 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 where as the same was at Rs. 1167.20 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Total Income is Rs. 21368.30 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 where as the same was at Rs. 20072.00 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.

- In view of acquisitions and changes in the Company's shareholding in some of the subsidiaries, the consolidated results for the current period are not strictly comparable with those of the previous period."
