| Exchange Disseminated Time | Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2015, inter alia, has:
1. Re-appointed Mr. Areef A. Patel as the Whole-time Director (designated as 'Executive Vice Chairman’) of the Company with effect from April 01, 2015 for the period of 3 years i.e. upto March 31, 2018 subject to the approval of shareholders in the next general meeting.
2. Ms. Bhumika Batra, an Associate Partner of M/s. Crawford Bayley & Co. has been appointed as Woman Director as Additional Director of the Company with effect from March 30, 2015 till next Annual General Meeting of the Company. Accordingly the Company has complied with the provisions of section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement regarding the appointment of a Woman Director. |
