The Board considered the matter and has, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013 and in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation^ and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, approved the appointment of Mr. Abhay Vasant Nerurkar, Head- Finance and Accounts as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f.
