| Exchange Disseminated Time | Veerhealth Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2013, has unanimously decided to issue second and final reminder notice to all the shareholders to whom the Company has issued first reminder notice and in respect of whose shares the allotment and share premium money still remains unpaid.
The Second and final reminder notice shall serve as a final opportunity of payment to all the partly paid-up shareholders. Non-payment of allotment and share premium money within the due date mentioned in the final notice shall enforce the Company to forfeit the shares without any further notice. |
