Mill Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2010, inter alia, decided that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of the Company convened to be held on March 03, 2010 by Notice dated January 21, 2010, be Postponed to be held on March 30, 2010.
Further the Company has informed that, Fresh Notice is being issued for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on March 30, 2010.
The postponement of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting is necessitated by the length of notice for the Extra Ordinary General Meeting on March 03, 2010, falling short of the statutory requirement having regard to the date of posting of the Notices to the Members.
