| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 22, 2015, Sadbhav Engineering Ltd has now informed BSE that Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited, a subsidiary of Sadbhav Engineering Limited, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) on May 26, 2015 in order to undertake an initial public offering of its equity shares (the “Issue”). The Issue consists of a fresh issue of equity shares of Rs. 10 each (the “Equity Shares”) aggregating up to Rs. 4,250 million and an offer for sale of up to 8,102,996 Equity Shares by Xander Investment Holding XVII Limited and up to 4,853,643 Equity Shares by Norwest Venture Partners VII-A-Mauritius. |
