Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation. 1992, the Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from May 11, 2015 to May 30, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & financial year ended on March 31, 2015. |
