| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vardhman Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 14, 2014, inter-alia, have discussed and approved the notice for passing following resolution through postal ballot and to send notices to the shareholders of the Company:
1. Alteration in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
2. Amendment/ Addition in the terms of remuneration of Mr. Ashok Goyal, Executive Director.
In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Resolution and the Calendar of Events for the proposed Postal Ballot. |
