A copy of the said announcement under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached for your ready reference.
We would like to inform you that the said acquisition was completed after close of business hours on 5th June 2017.
As a result of the above, Saboo Coatings Private Limited is now a 100% subsidiary of Berger Paints India Limited.
