| Exchange Disseminated Time | Raj Oil Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2012, has decided to close the issue of Global Depository Receipts which was opened on July 24, 2012.
Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in the said meeting held on July 26, 2012, has allotted 700,000 Global Depository Shares representing 35,000,000 Equity Shares of the Company of the face value of Rs.10 each at a price of US$11.084 per GDS aggregating US$7,758,800. |
