Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOS Compensation Committee has at its Meeting held on April 28, 2014 allotted 1,89,605 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Further, the Company has informed that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,31,98,21,366 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 33,19,82,13,660.
