| Exchange Disseminated Time | Pfizer Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 07, 2015 to July 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 13, 2015.
The Dividend, if approved by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting would be paid on July 28, 2015.
Further note that, the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote through remote e-voting or poll is July 06, 2015. |
