| Exchange Disseminated Time | Global Offshore Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Shares / Warrants Allotment Committee Meeting of the Company on January 11, 2013, allotted 18,700 Equity Shares on a preferential allotment basis upon conversion of warrants at a price of Rs. 121/- per share (including premium of Rs. 111/- per share) to Promoters.
Consequent to the above allotment of shares, the issued and Paid-up share capital of the Company now stands at 2,47,28,793 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 24,72,87,930/-. |
