| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/07/2016 18:52:21 | JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sampath Madhavan has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from responsibilities effective from closure of working hours of July 30, 2016.
Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Sampath Madhavan also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor would be appointed in due course and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange(s). |
