1. Appointment of Shri S. P. Singh, Advisor, Operation Control Group of Export Import Bank of India, as Nominee Director on the Board of the Company in place of Shri R. W. Khanna.
2. Current Accounting year i.e. 2012-13 shall be for the period of 6 (Six) months starting from October 01, 2012 to March 31, 2013. |
