| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 28, 2010, in respect of new work order from Commerce & Transport Dept, Govt. of Odisha on July 26, 2010 for Rs. 56.00 Crores, ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd has now clarified as follows:
1. The total amount of Rs. 56.00 crore is to be paid to Govt. of Odisha as per premium for development of Bus terminal.
2. The total project cost is around Rs. 1360.50 crores for development of Bus terminal, construction of commercial and residence apartments and other passenger amenity facility which covers 15 Acres (Apprx.) of Land for 90 year lease and 15 years Bus terminal maintenance for which the Company will get toll collection and future operations. |
