In this connection, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers/ designated employees of the company from October 26, 2015 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 03, 2015.
