With reference to the earlier letter dated April 04, 2014, regarding change in RTA from "MCS Limited" to "MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited" subject to completion of requisite formalities, Selan Exploration Technology Ltd has now informed BSE that requisite formalities in the matter have since been completed and appointment of the new RTA : MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, has become effective from June 11, 2014 in respcct of securities held in demat and physical mode.
