The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting, in which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st December, 2017 shall be approved. The date of the Board meeting is 31.01.2018.
The Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
