| Exchange Disseminated Time | Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that in order to intensify focus on individual businesses to drive accelerated growth in top and bottom line, the Company has reorganized its operations into Strategic Business Units viz. (a) Bulk Speciality Chemicals (b) Fine Chemicals and (c) Fluorescent & Whitening Agents.
Each of these Strategic Business Units ("SBUs) will be headed by a President and will be responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of respective SBUs.
