Board recommends Dividend

Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2011, inter alia, have recommended dividend as detailed below :

(1) Re. 0.50 per share on 5% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each;

(2) Rs. 1.70 per share on Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2011 and the dividend, if declared by the members at the Annual General Meeting will be paid on August 12, 2011.
