1. The Board of Directors of the Company at its aforesaid meeting has declared an Interim Dividend of INR 9/- per equity share (on the face value of INR 2 per share) for the financial year 2016-2017.
2. Authorised the Company to issue Non-Convertible Redeemable Debentures, upto its borrowing limits, on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, from time to time.
3. Appointed Mr. Sachin Chaudhary as Whole-time Director of the Company, effective from October 21, 2016 for a period of five Years. |
