| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Directors Report and Auditors report:
- The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon were received.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Milind Karnik:
- Mr. Milind Karnik, who retired by rotation at the said Annual General Meeting was re-appointed as Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Krishna Parolia:
- Mr. Krishna Parolia, who retired by rotation at the said Annual General Meeting was re-appointed as Director of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of Auditors of the Company:
- The Shareholders passed a resolution approving re-appointment of M/s. G.M. Kapadia & Co. Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2011-2012. |
