| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/10/2016 18:36:34 | Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that on October 27, 2016, the Company, has issued and allotted 1,35,600 (One Lac Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under ‘Indiabulls Real Estate Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010’.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 101,30,57,478/- divided into 50,65,28,739 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to Rs. 101,33,28,678/- divided into 50,66,64,339 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each. |
