| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/11/2016 18:05:20 | Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 11, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on September 30, 2016 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at September 30, 2016.
Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 02, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company's aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives. |
