| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sanofi India Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Virginie Simone Jeanine Verrechia (Ms. Virginie Boucinha) who has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from July 01, 2012 and Director of the Company from July 25, 2012 has stepped down as the CFO as she has taken up a senior position with the Sanofi Group in France.
She continues to be a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr. Lionel Guerin who was CFO of Sanofi Poland from June 2011 has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from July 24, 2015.
Mr. Guerin was CFO of one of Saint-Gobain Group’s affiliates in Poland between 2000 and 2003 and then the Group’s CFO for Poland and Eastern Europe zone between 2003 and 2008. |
