This is to inform you that Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has pronounced the captioned order on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 and dismissed the appeal filed by the Company challenging the SEBI order dated May 13, 2015, vide which SEBI Whole Time Member had suspended the Certificate of Registration of the Company as a Stock Broker at National Stock Exchange of India Limited (SEBI Registration No. INB230600030) for a period of one month. The copy of the SAT order dated March 8, 2017 is herewith attached for your reference. We would also like to inform you that SAT has granted a stay of four weeks on operation of the Order so as enable the Company to challenge the SAT order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. We are in the process of reviewing the SAT order and will be shortly filing the appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. We shall keep the Stock Exchange fully informed about the further developments in the matter. |
