In this regard, we hereby inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of the Board of Directors is postponed and rescheduled to Wednesday, 8 November 2017 to inter-alia consider :
(a) Un-audited financial Results of the Company for the Q2/ H1 ended September 30, 2017.
(b) Declaration of interim divided on the equity share capital of the Company for the financial year 2017-18 ending March 31,2018. |
