| Exchange Disseminated Time | BLB Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
Further, Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) from July 31, 2014 till August 14, 2014 i.e. 24 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
