Consequently, pursuant to Regulation 6 of the aforesaid Regulations, Mr. Harshad Pusalkar has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company, in the interim, as the successor in place of Mr. Shridhar Phadke, subject to the approval of Board of Directors in the ensuing Board Meeting. If the said appointment, is approved and confirmed in the ensuing Board Meeting, the Company shall intimate the same to the Stock Exchange(s), as part of the Outcome of the Board Meeting. |
