OMAX/STEX/2017-18/10 dated 19.04.2017, it is hereby updated that the Company has closed manufacturing activities in its unit named 'Automax (A unit of Omax Autos Limited)' situated at Delhi-Jaipur Highway, Village & P.O. Binola, Gurgaon, Haryana, w.e.f. closing hours of 24.06.2017. Neccessary intimation was given to authorities under Industrial Dispute Act, 1947 ('ID Act') in this regard. In terms of the provisons of ID Act, the Company had to wait, till 24.06.2017, for any communication from the authorites regarding its intimation. No communication was received from the authorities upto 24.06.2017. As 24.06.2017, 25.06.2017 and 26.06.2017 were postal holidays, the company waited for any commnuniation from the autirities on 27.06.2017. |
