| Exchange Disseminated Time | Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration /Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 22, 2011, have transacted the following business:
1. Granted 15,000 stock options representing equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the price of Rs. 48/- per option, to the employee(s) of the Company under Employee Stock Option Plan 2010 (ESOP-2010) through trust route.
These stock options shall vest in the following manner.
October 30, 2014 - 30%
October 30, 2015 - 30%
October 30, 2016 - 40%
2. Allotted 7,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each under ESOP-2005 to the eligible employees of the Company. Therefore, the issued and paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has been increased from 2,44,30,750 equity shares to 2,44,37,750 equity shares. |
