| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Indian Overseas Bank has informed BSE that the Government of India, vide its notification dated November 13, 2013 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 3(h) and (3-A) of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1970/1980, read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of The Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, has appointed Shri. Chinnaiah as Part Time Non Official Director of the Bank with effect from the date of his taking over charge of the post and up to November 12, 2016, i.e. for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. |
