The voting period begins on 25th September, 2017 at 10.00 hrs. and will end on 27thSeptember, 2017 at 17:00 hrs. During this period shareholders' of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date (record date) of 21st September, 2017, may cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting thereafter.
