    1. Adoption of Related Party Transactions Policy of the Company under Section 188 of Companies Act. 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.

    2. Adoption of Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company under Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013.

    3. Adoption of Risk Management Policy of the Company under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
