BGR Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 11, 2016 co-opted Mr. Arjun Govind Raghupathy as an additional director under Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Board further appointed Mr. Arjun Govind Raghupathy as Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from November 11, 2016. In terms of Section 196 of the Companies Act, 2013 the terms of appointment and the remuneration payable as approved by the Board, is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next general meeting of the Company.
