Further, as per Clause 5 of the "code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading in securities by insiders, the trading window will remain closed from May 21, 2015 to May 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the Annual Audited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 for all the specified person of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen on June 01, 2015. |
